David Stodel28-03-2025RatedReport Review5Fantastic Assistance Received!Good evening, I'd like to bring to your attention the fantastic assistance I received from Chevon this afternoon - on his day off! - which I can only describe as ''beyond the call of duty''. I had an incoming council phase breakdown. I phoned Chevon and he immediately logged a fault complaint with the Electricity Dept. on my behalf. The council team was here within a short time and the issue was resolved. I don't think there would have been the same speedy response had I logged the call myself. I do hope you realize how much of a ''gem'' Chevon is in your organization! Not only was he prepared to assist - I was impressed by his attitude to immediately spring into action. Too many people in this town adopt the approach: ''Sorry, not my department!'' ...... Chevon is most definitely NOT one of those people!! Thank you most sincerely, Chevon. Kind regards, David Stodel
