    Roof ridge leak repair
    From the minute I met Sumeshan from SMDA Maintenance, I could tell he is a professional and has incredible experience and knowledge of his type of business.     Professional roof repair
    I had a leaking roof that a big well known construction company failed twice to repair and resulted in the ceiling needing to be replaced as well. SMDA Maintenance came and fixed what the previous company couldn't. The work was done with the utmost professionalism. Highly recommend giving SMDA Maintenance a call

    BEST WATERPOOFING COMPANY
    SMDA truly provide quality service and guarantee there work which many contractors fail to do. I had tried numerous contractors to fix my roof but every time it rained my roof would leak again. I spent so much money and was at wits end until i heard about SMDA. SMDA came out and waterproofed my roof while also explaining why he is doing this or that to the roof which made me feel like a client should..IMPORTANT! he did not think I am a woman or maybe I wont understand, he did his best to help me understand what I am paying for and why to which I was more than happy to oblige. SMDA sealed my roof with a guarantee and it is now 6 months later and I have had no issues with my roof. We have faced 3 severe storms and heavy rain occasionally since the work was done and has resulted in NO ROOF LEAKS. I am grateful to SMDA for there exceptional performance. I hope your company continues to grow from strength to strength and you continue to help those in need.
