We are Builders, Property Decorators & Civils Contractors.
We are a family run business operating in & around Cape Town.
We are passionate about ascetics and quality finishes, flow of spaces working together and functionality. We usually achieve this within a budget due to our creative INTERIOR DESIGNER, who knows how to improvise and ‘make magic’. Well worth the initial cost as 9/10 we end out saving the client money and delivering a WOW project.
We build houses and renovate commercial areas.

We offer cement screed applications and landscaping design services as part of the whole. We also offer CIVIL services to residential and business parks, including water reticulation.

We have a three-tier pricing system, which means that that you pay for the service level you require. ie: if you only want ‘wet work’ - that is what you pay for. Tier two & three involve design, conceptual and planning and interior finishing - you chose according to your needs and budget. We are hands-on and detailed.

    I came to Africa , bought a house in Simonstown, it needed work done to make the home better, I didn't know any contractors, as I was from USA. Fortunately for me I noticed Marc one day supervising a brick wall being built at Boulders Beach, I asked Marc if he would come and quote me on the project, the rest is history , Marc and his brother Owen, have by far exceed my expectations as they have transformed the exterior of my home and given it a new lease of life, the quality of work they perform far exceeds the local building codes, I am so thankful that I found Marc and hired his company to do all the projects I needed, and I have no hesitation in very highly recommending this company should anyone require building tasks performed , their quotation explains where all money is spent and I did not find that they were overcharging me , their quotation was well within the budget that I had estimated for all the projects they subsequently performed. they can supply clients with detailed quotations for all aspect and trades used in the building industry. well done Marc and Owen.
