We are a medium size construction company aiming at providing services to our clients at an affordable labour cost. We have experienced to tackle project of any nature.
Amongst other things we do but not limited to General building, house remodelling(e.g 4 rooms in umlazi and kwamashu) renovating, additions,drawing house plan we show you a model in 3d, and new building from foundation to roof height

We have worked with Traffalgar in Bluff and have successfully completed their projects.
in Malvern and Escombe we have completed a number of big projects. our highly trained team players made it possible to complete many projects.
Atleast twice a year we take our site foremans, brick layer, skilled labours and general workers to Master builders kzn for refresher course which helps a lot because not only they go there to refresh their scope of work but also they get a real understanding of what it means to be a team player and again not only at mthombeni building projects but in construction industry. We have also been to Tvets and coastal colleges helping students with in services training and students are happy about this. The success of a project does not depends on one individual but each and every one of us we are important in our own capacity
we are also registered with a regulating body NHBRC again there our workers we have taken them on some short course these guys offers they npw know when you talk of NHBRC whta you are taking about our foremans deal with nhbrc inspectors almost on daily basis
Through these bodies and organisations Mthombeni building projects is growing rapidly and housing consumers are more happy that is witnessed by word of mouth frm the calls we get. We have expanded lately to areas like Ladysmith, PMB, lower south coast, Bizana and Flagstaff. in the next 5 to 10 years we would like to see us growing employing more more people of South Af
