  UPON ENGAGING MR WEST MY BATHROOM WAS CHANGED TO A LEVEL WHICH IS DIFFICULT TO DESCRIBE. INSTALLATION OF BATH AND TOILET WAS STANDARD. TILES ARE VERY EVEN AND THE SHOWER IS CUSTOMIZED CURTSY OF EXPERT ADVISE
