Well Managed Cross Border Project. On Time & Within Budget.

I bought a property in Somerset West which needed extended renovations. The problem was that I was based in Zambia and had very limited time available to be in South Africa during the renovation period. I mentioned this to the architect who recommended Deacon Blue Renovators as they had the project management expertise in managing complex projects including cross border based clientele. He was very confident that Deacon Blue could deliver the project within the limited time frame and within the set budget. After speaking to Nathan from Deacon Blue, he provided me with past client contacts, whom I contacted. All of these references were extremely happy with the work supplied by the team and by Nathans approach to identifying creative solutions and problem solving. Having appointed Deacon Blue, I am happy to report that the project was completed exactly on time and within budget despite having to deal with extremely unfavorable weather conditions during the project. We had telephone calls twice a week with which Nathan kept me hundred percent up to date with the progress of the project. I am extremely happy with the quality of work provided by the team and only received compliments on the standard of building work supplied. What was further impressive, was the quality of sub-contractors and suppliers used. Basically, all the sub-contractors used became part of my support system to sort out any further repairs and maintenance at my house. Handing over fairly large amounts to Nathan for the project had me a bit nervous in the beginning but I soon learnt that I have nothing to worry about as his feedback and accountability was precise. I can highly recommend Deacon Blue Renovators as an outstanding team for any size building project.
