We live in the U.S. and were looking for a contractor to do a complete rebuild of our home in Somerset West. After speaking with friends who had engaged home renovation contractors from a distance, we had prepared ourselves for a less than positive experience, filled with communications gone awry and expensive mishaps. But fortunately for us, we didn’t experience any of this. In fact, our experience was exceptional from start to finish and the project outcomes far exceeded our expectations. This was entirely due to our good fortune to have contracted with Nathan Francis from Deacon Blue Renovators. Nathan is an absolute joy to work with. From the outset we could tell he was one of a kind. He listened to our ideas and transformed them into an affordable vision with an aggressive timeline. Project milestones were established and met. Budget estimates served as accurate guideposts, and we relied on his good judgment and counsel throughout to inform choices and decisions.
