KayLuu Landscape and Consulting Services, was established with the sole purpose of driving Landscaping, Construction and offering efficient and value-added Project Management services. The services provided include Commercial - Residential landscaping and gardening, building maintenance, Project Management and Planning. Other professional services include estimating and tendering. In the long term the plan is to structure a high yielding investment property portfolio with the aim of creating a Property Fund with lucrative returns.

With all the water restrictions happening in the Western Cape due low levels of dams and climate change. Kayluu uses its tagline in action, uses pebbles, stones, and bark instead of lawns. Designs gardens with waterwise plants, artificial and does regressing.
