We are registered with the NHBRC, (2007) and have been around the block a few times.
We have the skills and manpower to address all-round, one-stop renovations as well as new buildings.
We value the "Old School' standards combined with a modern twist.
We have skilled labor, ranging from simple Brickwork to Complete Construction.
Our Professional Electrical and Plumbing supporting staff are ready to assist in all your needs.
We have the capacity to supply COC's ( Certificate Of Compliance ), on all aspects of the projects.
We can assist from the planning to concluding the project, depending on your needs and desire.
We are well known within the property industry ( Rental ), as we have a substantial maintenance portfolio, and have started our business doing General Maintenance.
During the years, we have grown to a Constructing business, focusing on 2nd Dwellings, and as result of COVID , have done quite a bit of "Home Office" Additions and the accompanied renovations.
We have restored a 220-year-old masterpiece, and have drawn upon specialized artisans, for those clients that have a dream. This we can now add to our list of deserving clients.
We have a can-do attitude, all staff is carefully scrutinized, and have a positive track record.
We do what we set out to do.
We are proud to be from humble pastures and have positively built to a point where we can now provide opportunities for those who care.

    Herstel van brouwerk
    Wil u net inlig dat ons self maar jou brouwerk reggemaak het.Jou sogenaamde carpenter het nooit die blad om die wasbak geseël nie en die dak was net so swak geseël.Gelukkig het ek my les geleer met jou.

    Onvoltooide werk
    Mnr van Eeden het ongeveer twee jaar gelede aanbouiings en verbeteringe aangebring aan my woning wat my digby ñ miljoen rand gekos het en baie gespog met die gehalte van sy werk en dat hy baie omgee vir sy kliënte ens ens.Wel tot vandag wag ek na hoeveel oproepe en boodskappe(hy ignoreer oproepe en boodskappe en versoeke om ons te kom sien ivm probleme)vir my eiland se blad om vervang te word en so baie ander foute om reggestel te word.Ek is regtig bitter teleurgesteld in hom en die manier waarop hy ons vermy.So net terloops hy beskou die tipe kritiek as swart smeerdery en weier om enige herstelwerk te doen indien die "post" nie verwyder word deur die persoon verantwoordelik daarvoor nie.

    Home renovations
    Wow wow wow so disappointed . Very poor after service.Leaking roof,cornish coming loose . It's a year later and still waiting on my counter top to be replaced.Phonecalls get ignored and if answered is excuses excuses and nothing come of it.Still waiting on my signed off building plans.
