There was several issues from the start with this provider until eventually he has failed to complete the remaining work. Issues experienced as follows: - quoted as two day job which ran into two weeks - showing up for work at 12 midday on two occasions to work and not completing work - staff employed not having proper experience to do the work - not having transport to get to work or obtain materials - includes travel costs to premises which was not previously discussed - no proper quoting methods - poor communication on when work commences, I constantly had to supervise and ensure snags are attended to as well as check on when he would get to complete work - not completing work as requested
