Concrete Form Structures (Pty) Ltd was established in 2015 and is one of the popular contractors in the trade for the erecting and assembling of various formwork structures in the construction industry operating in Western Cape. Concrete Form Structures (Pty) Ltd was founded by Mr Boetie Lawens with more then 20 years of experience in the trade of formwork. From humble beginnings, this formwork company previously traded as B. L. Construction for many years before becoming CFS is starting to see rapid growth this age of time to become one of the well-known companies in the formwork business.

Our scope of work includes the following:

Suspension in-situ concrete slab, this include rough & off shutter finishes.
Construction of beams, walls, columns, staircases etc.
We also have the capability to install the rib & block concrete decking system.


Our Team:

Mr Lawens as the Director heads a very professional and competent team which is responsible for the day to day running of the companys daily`s activities and ensuring a professional delivery of services to all our clients. He also leads a well trained and experienced workforce that consists of high-skilled to semi-skilled carpenters and labourers who strives to deliver excellence on every project.

The owner Boetie Lawens as Director and the shareholders, Elana Mashlatsi and Annaline Lawens. Apart from having 19 years experience in the building and construction industry. He also was an independent formwork contractor for 15 years and doing numerous projects on high rising buildings, commercial and luxury residential projects in and around Cape Town.
