Guttering a must have

Almost all home centers and full-service hardware stores sell guttering that is designed primarily for easy installation. The first step to installing gutters is to measure your house amd plan where tou are going to have downspouts. Using a saw you will be able to saw the correct the gutters to the correct measurements. Rain gutters should be attached to the fascia and run the entire length of the roof, ending with a downspout It’s much easier to join sections on the ground than to work from the top of a ladder, this is why preassembling the gutter before climbing up the ladder can make the job much easier and safer.

 Corners and downspouts can be technical you have two options when it comes to splicing gutters end to end on a corner. You can use a splice fitting glue,  or you can overlap in the direction of the water flow. Mark the center of the downspout outlet at the bottom of the gutter where you choose, make sure it is centered, cut the whole and attach downspout underneath. these could lead into a tank that could be used to collect water for the enviromental benefits. Attach gutter brackets to the house, this will let your gutter sit on the side of your house. The gap in between each bracket shouod be 61cm, this will have to go all the way around your house for safety.
