Outstanding workmanship

To whom it may concern We are staying in the Kalahari in the Northern Cape and using our home in Bettys Bay as a holiday home. Unfortunately, there were minor alterations which needs to be done and that involved building of an extra room, paint the whole house as well as the outside walls, paint and seal the roof. The problem we had was that we were not in the position to be present while this was all happening and therefore had to rely on someone we could trust. We were directed to Rudolf and his team. We had no other choice and took the step. Are we glad that we took that step with them…? From the start everything was discussed to clear all uncertainties and the quote was market related as well. We paid the deposit as requested and they started working. We were keeping up to date with photos and phone calls on a regular basis. I didn`t had to ask. On the photos send there were one or two things that I questioned, but that was handled on a professional way without any explaining or excuses. It was rectified immediately. The work was done on a professional way, and fortunate for us, our daughter and son in law went down for a week while they were busy finishing off and cleaning the site. They confirmed that the work done was very neat and the quality was outstanding. Rudolf and his team even moved our Dishwasher, Deepfreeze and Washing machine into the newly build room without asking…? What a relief and pleasure it was working with Rudolf and his team, I will recommend them to anybody who needs to do any type of alterations or building for that matter. It is people who you can trust. Professional, knowledgeable,supervised work environment, dedicated customer service during and after completion of project.
