    Lara is great. Here's an example: I woke up to find my plugs were off, and after a terrible night's sleep my brain wasn't working at all and I panicked. Messaged Lara at 6:45 in the morning expecting a response by normal business hours, but she got back to me in two minutes and did a video call to talk me through what to do until it was fixed - and didn't charge me. Because she's awesome. You couldn't do better.
